In the fall, the Taste of Hermantown event offers a culinary journey through the area’s diverse eateries. Guests can sample signature dishes, desserts, and beverages from local restaurants and companies. The event also features a silent auction and cash bar, with proceeds benefiting the Hermantown Legacy Fund, which provides scholarships and community grants to residents. This gathering not only highlights the region’s culinary talents but also strengthens community bonds.
Supporting Local Arts Education
The Hermantown Music and Arts Boosters play a pivotal role in nurturing young talent. They organize student-run showcases that feature visual and performing arts, providing students with a platform to express themselves and connect with the community. These events often include silent auctions supported by local businesses and artists, with funds raised going towards enhancing art programs in Hermantown Public Schools.
